Nesrin joined Stuart Karatas in September 2005 as a Paralegal Assistant and undertook her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in February 2009. Nesrin specialises in all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions including property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, auction work, shop, restaurant and warehouse leases. She also deals with Right to Buy, shared ownership transactions, transfer of equity, enfranchisement. She also deals with Licensing and Planning Applications and and drafts wills.
