Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes are a specialist area in which we have wide experience. We have extensive experience in lease renewals, forfeiture and breach of covenant including claims arising out or dilapidations and alienation.

We have also acted in a number of partnership disputes and cases of misrepresentation which usually involve the exaggeration of daily takings.

We extensive experience of disputes involving alleged breaches of contract. We usually act for local businesses in claims brought by suppliers or agents and have managed to successfully defend a number of claims by establishing either a misrepresentation or breach on behalf of the supplier or agent.

Individual

Individuals also occasionally have difficulties with contracts. Common matters that we deal with involve claims against builders for failing to carry out works to the standard expected and claims against the sellers of vehicles which are not of satisfactory standard.

We have also defended a number of claims by agents seeking to enforce onerous agreements and assisted clients in claims under insurance policies.
